| My own airfield Not every modeler can aford to have his own airfiel so I am a lucky guy, since I have some agricultural lands on my own, I decided why not to "remove" some trees and try to have a small "road" to have an airfield. That was how things went, asked for some friends to help me chosing the best place to do it, and after a few considerations, removed 7 olivetrees and 2 other minor trees, have a wall removed and another fixed and "moved" and managed to arrange a 150 meters long by 40 meters wide area, and better, aligned with predominand winds. After had a 60 by 10 meters road, and we find it very pleasent to fly small planes and trainers, so every time we have an free hour there we go to a quick flight. |
