About Myself

Pedro Miguel Mota Henriques, born in 1971 in Lisbon, electronic engineer, living in Samora Correia, aero modeler and amateur astronomer.
My passion for flying things is very old, I still remember when I was a kid, to build paper airplanes and go to a high place trow them.

My first radio controlledd airplane (1989)was an aerostar from midwest, with an analog 6 channels radio and an O.S. .40 FP, engine I'm still saving for a museum. Very soon I decided to try sailplanes and bought another kit, this time a spirit from greatplanes and this one still flies and very well.

Of course planes keep coming and going, at the moment I have more than 10 models flying from trainers to acrobats and even multi engines, an area I'm loving at the moment.

Mean while my “obsession” for building did not disappeared it only got worse, with three own projects near ready, they also reveal another passion, by WW2 German airplanes.

Belonging to a sailplanes club, Obvious love sailplanes, and that way one my projects, I'm expecting to fly it this mind is a DFS230, a German transport glider used in second word war. In fact it will be my first airplane of my own, since I did everything from plans to cutting and constructing, not without the help of a few friends, and for them my thanks.
